The in-depth experience and the though-out activity of PEEIF management team within this sector guarantee a pipeline of high-quality opportunities with the required characteristics, which has allowed for a relatively short-term investment cycle and the generation of sustainable returns throughout the funds’ life cycle.

A result of a work supported by four strategic principles:

• Companies with portfolios of PV projects which guarantee 10+ years of stable returns, aligned with PEEIF’s target returns. Upon investment, these are projects that ensure above 10% returns over more than 15 years, at least. • Companies with portfolios of Energy Efficiency projects in Tier 1 clients, which guarantee 10+ years of stable returns, aligned with PEEIF’s target returns. Upon investment, these are projects that ensure above 10% returns over more than 15 years, at least. The Fund generates value and sells its position at the right maturities.
• Companies with innovative solutions in the Energy and Energy Efficiency fields, with high levels of expected growth, that will benefit from the fund’s management team market experience and contacts.
